I had tried about every technique to try to quit smoking with little success, I had gotten the full package that includes 2 visits a week apart and a downloadable audio for "tune up" but I was good after the first visit. Still went thru it all but never looked back. Very little cravings and to be honest by the time I could actually reach for a cigarette the cravings were gone. Usually cravings wouldn't last more than a couple seconds. Good luck

Have been a cig smoker for 14 plus years and I have tried every way possible to quit. I have used gum didn't work patches made me sick and never even though of using a hypnosis to try and quit. This was a great experience. I did not think I would ever be able to quit until I met Josh. He totally proved me wrong. Nothing like you would see on television. I decided to not write anything until around a month after so I wrote something true! I was a smoker for 14 years, I LOVED to smoke. But I knew it was time. My husband thought I was a little crazy for paying to quit smoking. I heard the why not quit cold turkey. Well here is why, I tried that before. I went back to it or never made it past a hour. He is still "talking" about quitting and still buying his "last" pack. I from the moment I left to about a week after felt like I was loosing my mind a little bit. I felt very foggy, and just sad, almost like I went through a tough break up with someone who was never good for me. It was uncomfortable, I doubted it but then I remembered okay this is temporary. Just like anything hard it gets easier. I thought I would need 6 months of revisiting. I didn't even need a follow up. I will not lie. I slipped up over the first 3 days twice. The first one I lit and maybe got half way through and I was done. My husband laughed and said im so proud of you because you would never have done that. The second time I lit it and just talked to him, it went out and I looked down and said what a waist. That was it friends. The mental state for me was the hardest part. But you start to see HEY ITS OKAY, I ordered the SynaptaGen through nu pathways it was recommended and please make sure you order them! They were a life saver. I haven't used my whole bottle but it got me through the first two and a half weeks. If you are wanting to quit, please do this for you and for those you love. This was honestly an experience I needed to shine my growth. Ive been diagnosed with MS, PTSD, ADHD, suffered from suicidal thoughts and depression over the years. Went into this skeptical yet hopeful, that this would help me quit, as I have been ready. I had weaned myself down from smoking by about half, but not able to quite get over the hump and quit completely. One session and I threw my cigarettes away and haven’t looked back. Really couldn’t believe how much it helped me. It’s not a magic spell, you have to want to quit, but if you’re ready, it’s a great help. I was worried about anger issues after quitting, and there have been almost no cravings, let alone anger issues!
